According to the agenda of the federal government, more than 1 million immigrants are planned to be welcomed during the upcoming years. Although we see a higher CRS score in the Express Entry 134 compared to the previous draw in the last year, you should not be discouraged.
We can expect that the Canadian Government will continue to send more invitations to eligible candidates thus resulting in a decline in the CRS score.
Qualified applicants for each program of the Express Entry system are assigned with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, which ranks candidates based on their profile details. Depending on the candidate’s age, education, skilled work experience and as well as language proficiency, the awarded CRS score may differ.
Please also note that in the Express Entry immigration system, you are not required to have a job offer in order to receive an invitation to apply. However, holding a valid job offer from a Canadian employer can significantly enhance your increase CRS score which can be resulted in ITA in the next round.
After registering a profile in the Express Entry system, a set of highest-ranking eligible candidates is issued an invitation to submit an application for Canadian permanent residency through regular rounds which takes place twice in a month.
