IMM 0008dep, additional dependants declaration is an application form to be used when candidates submit an application as an adopted child or other relative being sponsored. Candidates need this form if their family members in Canada have agreed to sponsor them and have made a submission with a sponsorship application before July 18, 2011.
If families submit their application package following the date mentioned above, they will need to use this application instead. Let us note that you can only be sponsored by your family member who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
