Evaluate your eligibility across all Canadian immigration programs
Transfer existing business, buy a company, start a business
All Canadian immigration-related documents and guidelines are available to the public on the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada website.
Nevertheless, due to the obvious complexity and wide range of Canadian immigration programmes and legal pathways, self-assessment tools are not always practical and do not provide you with a complete picture, which leads to common mistakes that cause unnecessary delays in the application process.
Our immigration services include the following:
Personalized solutions based on your background and current situation
Preparation of the required documents to ensure you’re awarded the maximum number of Canadian immigration points that you are entitled to
Preparation of a submission letter addressed to the appropriate IRCC Visa Office
Explanatory letters are required for your case
Completing and submitting the entire application package
On your behalf, communicate with Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
As needed, make additional written and/or oral representations to the IRCC Office and/or other relevant Canadian Government entities.
While our immigration advisors work on your application, you can work on improving your skills, such as your professional and language ability, to be better prepared to immigrate. Please feel free to reach out to us to a Canadian Immigration Consultant in Toronto and other cities in the Greater Toronto Area, including Barrie, Kitchener and Scarborough.
Express Entry is an automated application management system for Canadian immigration.
Please keep in mind that Express Entry is not an immigration program in and of itself. It is in charge of the selection and processing of Canada’s economic immigration programs, which include the ones listed below:
An “expression of interest” (EOI) is required to apply for immigration to Canada, and if applicants are qualified for at least one of the programs indicated above, they are placed in the Express Entry pool. The federal and provincial governments, as well as Canadian businesses, can then choose from this pool of applicants. The candidates will then be given an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for immigration to Canada under one of the programs indicated above.
Although this is not always the case, getting a valid job offer from a Canadian business significantly increases the chances of receiving an invitation to apply for permanent residency in Canada.

It is possible to own a business in Canada while visiting on a tourist visa.
To buy a business, you must meet certain conditions, and the rules may differ depending on the type of business you are purchasing and the Canadian province in where the firm is based.

You must include your spouse/common-law partner/conjugal partner, as well as any dependant children under the age of 22, in your application. Dependent children who are 22 or older must be full-time students in Canada. Medical and security clearance procedures will apply to your dependents. The processing of your application may be impacted if your family situation changes after you’ve filed it.
You should be aware that you cannot list your parents on your application. The Family Class sponsorship program and/or the Super Visa programme, both of which are popular among Canadian citizens and permanent residents, allow them to bring their parents and grandparents to the country.
The Immigration and Refugee Council of Canada (IRCC) treats same-sex partners equally throughout the Canadian immigration application process.
First, you must be accepted into a Canadian Designated Learning Institution (DLI) that has been approved by the Canadian government. An applicant for a study permit may be able to submit an application online or by mail after receiving a letter of admission from a DLI.
A Canadian port of entry is the only place where new study permits can be obtained (POE). In order to secure a visa, an applicant who has filed an application to a Canadian Visa Office abroad will receive a letter of acceptance directing them to a Canadian port of entry. The majority of the time, the permit is good for the duration of the student’s education.
Please be advised that Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is the only body that has the authority to determine whether or not to grant a visa to a foreign national.
On the other hand, our team of immigration experts puts a lot of effort into ensuring that applicants’ chances of success are increased.
Immediately notify the authorities if you have received a “guarantee” that you will be granted a visa from a consultant to prevent being a victim of fraud. Contacting government authorities in regards to fraudulent conduct may be accomplished using this link.
It requires the IRCC 3 to 5 business days to review and submit customers’ applications after they have finished the document checklist. Based on the type of immigration program and how quickly the applicant can gather all required papers, the entire process could take anywhere from one week to six months.
