While it is true that the Canadian government makes a wealth of immigration-related information and guidelines available to the public on the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website, it can be difficult for individuals to navigate the complex and ever-changing landscape of Canadian immigration programs and legal pathways. Self-assessment tools may not provide a complete picture and may lead to mistakes that cause delays in the application process.
That’s where Canadapt Consulting comes in. We offer a comprehensive range of immigration services to help you navigate the process with confidence. Our services include:
While our immigration advisors work on your application, you can focus on improving your skills such as professional and language abilities to be better prepared for immigration.
Express Entry is an automated application management system for Canadian immigration.
Please keep in mind that Express Entry is not an immigration program in and of itself. It is in charge of the selection and processing of Canada’s economic immigration programs, which include the ones listed below:
To apply for immigration to Canada, applicants must submit an “expression of interest” (EOI) to the federal government. Once an EOI is submitted, applicants will be evaluated based on their qualifications, skills, and experience to determine their eligibility for various immigration programs. Those who are deemed eligible will be placed in the Express Entry pool, where they will be considered by both the federal and provincial governments, as well as Canadian businesses. Candidates who are selected from the Express Entry pool will be issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA) to proceed with the immigration process under one of the programs they have been deemed eligible for. The process of being selected from the pool and given an ITA is highly competitive and one of the selection criteria is a CRS score.
While it is not a requirement, having a valid job offer from a Canadian employer can greatly enhance an applicant’s chances of receiving an invitation to apply for permanent residency in Canada. The Canadian government places a high value on the ability of immigrants to integrate into the workforce and contribute to the economy, and a job offer from a Canadian employer is seen as evidence of this ability.
Whether you want to travel, immigrate permanently, or move your business, there are over 80 different programs and approaches to apply for temporary or permanent status in Canada.
Please complete this online evaluation form to evaluate your eligibility. It takes around 5 minutes to complete, and our immigration specialists will thoroughly review your application and contact you within 2-3 business days.

During the initial consultation, our immigration specialist will review your conditions and grounds for denial to ensure that we can accept your case.
While it may be possible for a person visiting Canada on a tourist visa to purchase a business, it’s important to note that there are certain conditions and rules that must be met. These may vary depending on the type of business being acquired and the Canadian province in which it is located.
In order to include your loved ones in your immigration application, you must list your spouse/partner and any dependent children under the age of 22 in your application. It is important to note that dependents over the age of 22 must be full-time students in Canada to be eligible for inclusion. Additionally, all dependents will be subject to medical and security clearance procedures. However, keep in mind that any changes to your family situation after submitting your application could affect the processing of your application. It is also important to note that parents cannot be included in your application, but they can be brought to Canada through the Family Class sponsorship program or the Super Visa program. It’s also worth mentioning that IRCC considers all forms of partnerships, including same-sex partnerships, equally throughout the immigration process.
To apply for a study permit, it is essential to have a valid acceptance letter from a Canadian Designated Learning Institution (DLI). This institution should be approved by the Canadian government and must meet the standards set by the Canadian government. Once accepted into the DLI, applicant can submit the application either through online or mail. On the other hand, the study permit can only be obtained at Canadian port of entry. Additionally, an applicant who has applied to Canadian Visa Office abroad will receive a letter of acceptance directing them to a Canadian port of entry. Usually, the permit is valid for the duration of the student’s education.
Please be advised that Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is the only body that has the authority to determine whether or not to grant a visa to a foreign national.
On the other hand, our team of immigration experts puts a lot of effort into ensuring that applicants’ chances of success are increased.
Immediately notify the authorities if you have received a “guarantee” that you will be granted a visa from a consultant to prevent being a victim of fraud. Contacting government authorities in regards to fraudulent conduct may be accomplished using this link.
It’s important to note that processing times are only estimates and are subject to change based on various factors such as volume of applications and staffing levels. Additionally, the IRCC may request additional information or documents from the applicant, which can further delay the processing of the application. It’s recommended to apply as early as possible and to stay informed of the status of your application throughout the process to ensure that there are no unexpected delays.
