You can submit your study permit application in two ways. If you submit online then you need to apply using the online web-portal. However, for a paper-based application in hard copy, you have to apply at designated visa application centers (VAC).
4. Coming to Canada
Students living outside of Canada receive a Letter of Introduction at the Port of Entry (POE) and also a travel visa if their application is approved. Please note that in this case, you will not receive your study permit with an mail. You will get it when you land at a Canadian POE and speak to a border official.
